Njilele Concilia

Njilele Concilia is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Client Support Officer at Gozem since November 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating support department activities, addressing client complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Online User Care Representative at YooMee Mobile, Customer Support Officer at Afrimarket, and Call Centre Agent positions at Viettel Group and Interstis. Njilele began a career in communication as a Communication Assistant with Women in Alternative Action in Cameroon.
