James G. has 20 years of industry and technical consulting experience. James began their career in 2009 as the Vice President of Professional Services at MATRIX, where they designed and delivered web application development solutions using an Agile development methodology. In 2014, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Big Nerd Ranch, connecting their team of appdev experts with great clients. In 2015, James was a Principal at AGSI, responsible for presenting and architecting AGSI’s services and solutions to both prospective and current clients. In 2016, they became the Director of Customer Success at Make & Build, specializing in bringing experience, craftsmanship and ideas to seemingly complex technical scenarios. In 2017, they were the Client Delivery Executive at Travelport, with growth and retention accountability for over $70MM in client generated revenue. Most recently, in 2019, James became the Vice President of Client Services at Gozio, leading their customers through the entire onboarding process.

James G. received their MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business in 1993, where they studied Information Technology and Marketing. James completed their BS in Architecture from Louisiana State University in 1989.
