Carolyn Baker, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Carolyn is currently the Director of People & Culture at GP Fund Solutions, LLC, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Carolyn served as a Sr. P&O Practice Partner at Ethos Veterinary Health from 2016 to 2020. Carolyn also worked at AngioDynamics, where they held various roles including Human Resources Generalist, Corporate Recruiter, and Human Resources Associate from 2010 to 2016. Carolyn started their career as a Human Resource Generalist at Garelick Farms from 2008 to 2010.

Carolyn Baker, SHRM-CP, PHR holds a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in HR from SUNY Empire State College. In 2009, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they also obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
