Seemab Zafar-Agha

Seemab Zafar-Agha serves as the Global Director of People, Culture & Experience at Purpose since January 2023 and is the Director and Founder of Sphynx Global Limited from March 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Head of People and Culture at Given from January 2022 to October 2022, and Global People & L&D Lead at Al-Khair Ministries & Charity from May 2019 to January 2020. Previous positions include Learning & Engagement Consultant at CIMA, Learning and Development Lead at Maverick, and Global Learning and Organisational Development Lead at Publicis Sapient. Seemab has also worked in leadership roles at Havas Media UK and The Regus Group. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London, and a degree in Biochemistry from Queen Mary University of London.
