Allison Decibus

Allison Decibus has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Allison is currently working as the Director, People Experience, Field at GP Mobile since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Express Stores, LLC where they held multiple roles including Director, People Experience, Field from December 2021 to August 2022, Sr Human Resources Manager from October 2016 to December 2021, Human Resources Manager from March 2015 to October 2016, Operations Manager from March 2014 to March 2015, Operations Coordinator/Property Management from July 2012 to March 2014, and Commissions Specialist from January 2011 to July 2012.

Before joining Express Stores, LLC, Allison worked as a part-time Intake Paralegal at Legal Services of New Jersey from October 2008 to January 2011 and as a part-time Administrative Assistant at ERA Van Syckel, Weaver & Lyte from February 2008 to January 2011. Allison also gained experience as an intern at Somerset County Public Defender's Office from May 2010 to September 2010.

Allison Decibus obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their university education, Allison attended Immaculata High School for an unknown duration of time.
