Cheryl L. Jackson

Cheryl L. Jackson, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Cheryl L. is currently serving as the Organizational Design and Change Practice Lead at GP Strategies Corporation since August 2021. Prior to this, they founded and co-founded The CornCheryl L.'sOffice & The Psycho Mom in 2020, with a mission to empower women in the workplace and provide them with resources and support. From 2019 to the present, Cheryl has also been working as a Lecturer at Texas A&M University. Before that, they owned and served as the Principal Consultant at CL Jackson, LLC from 2017 to 2021. Cheryl has also held various leadership roles, such as a Senior Leader for Performance & Talent Management at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2012 to 2017, and a Senior Consultant for Insights, Assessments, Surveys, & Analytics at Starbucks in 2012. Cheryl L. has also worked as an Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012, as well as in the field of Organizational Effectiveness & Assessments at Walmart from 2009 to 2012. Cheryl started their career as a Specialist in Assessment & Selection at Kimberly-Clark from 2007 to 2009 and later served as a Senior Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management at The Home Depot in 2006.

Cheryl L. Jackson, PhD completed their education in a chronological order. Cheryl L. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Speech Communications from Sam Houston State University between 1998 and 2002. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Kansas State University from 2002 to 2005. Lastly, they achieved their highest level of education, a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, also from Kansas State University, between 2005 and 2007.
