David H. Ziegler Sr - PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. David H. began their career as a Maintenance Leadership at Kimberly-Clark from 1985 to 1994, during which they also served as the Union Vice President from 1994 to 1998. David H. then transitioned to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, where they worked as a PA State Law Enforcement Officer from 1986 to 2007, responsible for enforcing the state's fish and boat laws.

In 1998, Ziegler joined GP Strategies Corporation as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2001. David H. then took on the role of Aberdeen Chemical Agent Disposal Facility Training Manager from 2001 to 2005, where they managed training and other departments for multiple projects. Subsequently, they became the Director of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Programs at GP Strategies Corporation, responsible for operational and P&L duties until 2020.

From 2020 to 2023, Ziegler served as the Vice President of Government Programs at GP Strategies Corporation, overseeing four government business units. David H. then held the position of Senior Vice President Chemical Weapon Destruction Programs, where they had operational and P&L responsibility for chemical weapon destruction programs at two U.S. ARMY facilities. Currently, Ziegler is the Senior Vice President U.S. Government Programs & Compliance at GP Strategies Corporation, with overall operational, P&L, and growth responsibility for U.S. Government Programs across four business units.

David H. Ziegler Sr - PMP received their Associate's Degree in Machine Technology from Williamson College of the Trades. David H. then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Later, they obtained their MBA in Business Administration from Eastern University from 2007 to 2009. In May 2011, they obtained their certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
