Debra Temple

Debra Temple, MBA, GPHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Debra is currently the Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Catholic Relief Services. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources Americas and Global Talent Management at GP Strategies Corporation from 2017. Debra has also held positions at Chesapeake Human Resources Association, Inc as the President of the Board of Directors, Allegis Group as a Senior HR Manager, and GP Strategies Corporation as a Regional HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. In addition, Debra worked as a Human Resources Consultant at The HR Team, Inc, providing support and guidance to multiple small to mid-sized organizations. Their roles have involved strategic planning, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Debra Temple obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Human Resources from Towson University in 2005. Debra then went on to earn their MBA with a concentration in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in 2013. In addition, they hold certifications including the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) also from HRCI, and the SHRM-CP from SHRM.
