Joel Spenner

Joel Spenner is a detail-oriented and dynamic professional with extensive expertise in training and development strategies across various business sectors. Currently serving as Principal Performance Consultant and Certified Project Manager at GP Strategies Corporation since August 2009, Joel excels in driving performance improvements through the design and implementation of tailored training programs and eLearning materials. Prior roles include Manager of Leadership Development at GE Capital Mortgage Services, where responsibilities involved executive coaching and curriculum development, and Team Leader for Leadership Development at Citi, directing the Organizational Leadership Development Program.
