Kieron Mullan

Kieron Mullan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kieron started their career in the Royal Air Force, where they held multiple roles as an Engineering Training Manager, Team Manager, Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, and Instructor/Technician. After leaving the RAF, they worked at the West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust as an NVQ Manager and Learning Adviser. Kieron then joined Accenture UK Ltd, where they served in various positions, including Learning and Development Manager, Learning Account Lead, Learning and Development Account Manager, and Accredited Learning Lead for the UK. Kieron later became the Director of Learning at Pera Training and took on the role of Learning and Development Consultant at INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT SERVICES. Kieron also had a short stint at Alstom Transport as an HR and Learning specialist. Kieron is currently employed at GP Strategies Ltd, where they have held roles as a Senior Consultant, Global Learning Technology Manager, and currently as the Global Learning Technology Director.

Kieron Mullan attended the University of Wolverhampton. Kieron obtained the certification of Member (MinstLM) from the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2013.
