Laura Cox

Laura Cox is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in instructional design and talent development. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Manager and Talent Development Lead at GP Strategies Corporation since April 2013, Laura has previously held the role of Senior Instructional Designer. Prior to this, Laura worked at PNC as an Instructional Designer and spent over 15 years at National City Bank in various positions including Training Specialist and Supervisor of Commercial Loan Operations. Laura also owned and operated Laura of Indy Dance Academy, providing dance instruction for over a decade. Early career experience includes serving as a Vault Teller at Merchants Bank. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
