Laura Krauss

Laura Krauss is an experienced instructional designer and educator currently serving as an Instructional System Designer at GP Strategies Corporation since October 2025. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Learning Experience Designer at Farmers Insurance, where significant contributions included leading the design and management of extensive training programs that enhanced learner engagement and reduced training costs. Laura's experience also includes teaching various courses and developing training programs at Oakland Community College, where high satisfaction rates were consistently achieved among adult learners. Additionally, Laura has a strong educational background with a Master’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, complemented by a Teaching Certificate from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
