Rochelle Porter

Rochelle Porter is a seasoned performance consultant with extensive experience in instructional design and learning development. Currently serving as a Performance Consultant and Instructional Design Specialist at GP Strategies Corporation since September 2021, Rochelle previously held the position of Sr. Learning Specialist at Gordon Food Service from June 2016 to October 2020. As the owner of Porter Design Services, LLC from June 2008 to June 2016, Rochelle provided freelance performance consulting services and collaborated with SDI Clarity as a project manager and senior instructional designer during that period. Earlier roles include serving as a Sr. Instructional Designer at Global Forex Trading and as Manager of Learning and Development at Pfizer, where key contributions included developing a leadership curriculum and instructional programs that drove business success. Rochelle holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Training Development from Oakland University.
