Ryan Parish

Ryan Parish, M.Ed., serves as the Growth Director of Learning Experience at GP Strategies Corporation since August 2023. Previously, Ryan was the Manager of Digital Learning at Cracker Barrel, where leadership of a team developed digital learning solutions for over 70,000 employees, significantly reducing turnover and achieving substantial cost savings. Ryan's experience also includes roles as the Manager of Instructional Design and Systems at MAPCO Express, where initiatives led to major savings and innovations in training methodologies, and as HR Manager at Quorum Health, where contributions to employee engagement and professional development were pivotal. Ryan is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded Inception Labs, and has a strong background in implementing learning management systems and creating adaptive learning products across various organizations. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Philosophy from Bowling Green State University.
