Thomas Rogers

Thomas Rogers, MPM, is an experienced project manager currently serving at GP Strategies Corporation since July 2017, focusing on the enhancement of learning strategies for Electric Boat's skilled trades employees. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Senior Project Manager/Consultant at MicroSystems Integration, Inc., from March 2001 to July 2017, leading technical assessments and operational analyses in maritime and law enforcement contexts. Thomas's career began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where service as an officer spanned from June 1977 to June 2001, covering various maritime operations and law enforcement assignments. Thomas holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
