Tracy Maikrzek

Tracy Maikrzek has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tracy started their career at Visual Productions, Inc. as an Account Coordinator, providing support for sales and promotional activities. Tracy later became a Senior Account Executive, managing the total production of digital output graphic elements for national training tours.

Tracy then joined Carlson Marketing Group as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing interactive training programs for DaimlerChrysler dealership personnel. Tracy ensured production timelines were met and monitored budgets.

Tracy later worked at Event Solutions International as a Project Manager and then Director of Event Operations. Tracy joined BBDO Detroit as a Senior Project Specialist, managing complex projects and acting as the main point of contact.

Tracy also held freelance positions as a Project Manager/Consultant, assisting with onboarding new trainers and managing logistics for events. Tracy then became the Director of Operations at Trion Solutions/MicroDose Sales, where they established infrastructure and implemented procedures and processes for the company.

At Evolve Group, Inc., Tracy served as a Project Manager/Operations Manager, responsible for creating engaging retail displays. Currently, they are working at GP Strategies Corporation as the Director of Sales & Service Support for the General Motors Account.

Throughout their roles, Tracy has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, develop training programs, analyze and report metrics, and build effective teams.

Tracy Maikrzek holds a Masters of Science in Administration degree with a focus on General Business from Central Michigan University. Tracy also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Oakland University. Tracy attended Sterling Heights High School for their secondary education. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as the 2021 CLO LearningElite Gold Organization from Chief Learning Officer and the CoL's 2021 Elite Teams Program from GP Strategies Corporation.
