Joe Pounder

Joe Pounder is the CEO of Bullpen Strategy Group, a public affairs and strategic advisory firm, since September 2019. Additionally, Joe serves as a Partner at GP3 Partners since March 2021. As the Founder of America Rising Corporation, which operated from March 2013 to January 2022, and Co-Founder of Definers Public Affairs until September 2019, Joe has significant experience in communications strategy. Previous roles include Senior Adviser for Marco Rubio's presidential campaign and various positions within the Republican National Committee and offices of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and House Republican Whip Eric Cantor. Joe's career began with a role as Rapid Response Director in John McCain's 2008 campaign. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University, obtained from 2002 to 2005.
