Steen Poulsen is an experienced professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as Principal at The Tech Collective since August 2022, focusing on technical cyber defense and mitigating cyber threats through infrastructure hardening on Microsoft products. Previously, at Deloitte from November 2019 to July 2022, Steen held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager, leading a technical Cyber Resilience team and providing CISO as a service. Steen's expertise includes significant experience in hardening Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructure for major Danish companies and engagement in incident response. Prior roles include Teknisk Team Lead and IT-Konsulent at Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse, and a Network Administrator at Køge Kommune. Steen has also served as an IT Konsulent at it-r ApS and has a comprehensive educational background in IT and cyber security from institutions such as Zealand Business College and KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi.
