Jude McArdle

Jude McArdle is an experienced professional in internal communications and membership management, currently serving as the Global Internal Communications and Engagement Manager at GPA Global since March 2023. Noteworthy achievements include a 20% increase in employee engagement and a 50% improvement in intranet user adoption. Previous roles at the Association of Independent Music involved leading strategies that significantly boosted membership and brand engagement, while serving as Chair of the AIM Climate Action Group and managing membership initiatives.
