Erika Petri

Erika Petri currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Sustainability at GPA since September 2023, following a role as the Director of People, Culture, and Sustainability at Grupo Panvel. Prior experiences include serving as the Director of Human Resources and Sustainability and previously as the Divisional Manager of Human Resources and Sustainability at Lojas Marisa. Erika also held the position of Manager of Organizational Development and Internal Communication at LATAM Airlines, and worked as the HR Manager at Cyrela, where responsibilities included internal consulting for the São Paulo region, organizational culture, climate, and internal communication. Earlier in the career, Erika was the Manager of Development and Communication at Carrefour. Erika holds an MBA in Human Resources from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and has further education from ISE Business School.
