Letícia Matayoshi

Letícia Matayoshi currently serves as a Senior Lawyer at GPA since August 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Plena Lawyer at Gerdau from February 2020 to July 2025, where responsibilities encompassed supporting corporate governance meetings, managing corporate documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Earlier in the career, Letícia worked in various legal capacities, including Junior Lawyer and Legal Assistant, focusing on corporate matters for both public and private companies. Letícia began law studies at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Law in December 2021, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to conclude in June 2026.
