Starting her career as a recruiter back in 2015, she was eager to learn and master everything about the industry. Due to her previous sales experience, which involved a very active and self-driven work discipline, Ashleigh developed a great passion for the recruiting industry and has found great satisfaction in changing the lives of hundreds of candidates and companies over her career. Ashleigh doesn’t just talk the talk; she walks the walk.

She’s a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls, where she gained her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Project Management.
