Blake Hoogland

Blake Hoogland serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Regional Director at gpac since March 2011, leading the business development of multiple teams of recruiters and overseeing approximately 150-200 recruiters. Hoogland has a proven track record in training and developing executive search consultants, achieving a top two finish in team production during the first year as Coach. Previously, as an Executive Search Consultant, Hoogland specialized in the Agriculture Industry and consistently achieved high billing figures, including the largest single placement fee in gpac's history. Prior experience includes roles at Wells Fargo, where Hoogland excelled in collections and phone banking, consistently ranking among the top producers. Hoogland holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of South Dakota.
