Rob Chmiel

Rob Chmiel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rob currently holds the position of Chairman at Health Prime, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GPB Capital from 2019 to 2021, first serving as the Chief Financial Officer and then as the Chief Executive Officer. At GPB Capital, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the investment firm with over $1.3 billion in assets across six funds. Rob also led the firm's work with an independent Monitor to maximize value for investors.

From 2020 to the present, Chmiel has been the Chief Executive Officer of Highline Management, Inc., a subsidiary of GPB Capital. In this role, they are instrumental in strengthening GPB Capital's corporate governance, implementing new internal controls, and establishing an independent Board of Directors. Rob oversees the accounting and finance operations and determines effective investment strategies for maximizing investor value.

Chmiel served as a Principal at RC Financial Group LLC - CFO/COO Advisory from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they provided CFO services and advisory support to clients, specializing in financial due diligence, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Chmiel also has experience as the CFO and Head of Marketing at Pia Capital Mgmt. from 2011 to 2013. Rob played a key role in the global macro investment management firm's focus on commodities and G20 currencies.

Before that, they worked as a Principal at RC Financial Group LLC - CFO/COO Advisory from 2003 to 2011, offering CFO consultancy services, preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, and conducting financial due diligence.
