Valentino Sole

Valentino Sole is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Legal Corporate Governance Officer at Highline Management, Inc. since April 2018, Valentino assists the General Counsel on Corporate, Transactional, and M&A matters, while also supporting the Chief Compliance Officer. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Valentino has been a Corporate Compliance Officer focused on legal compliance and corporate governance since October 2017, where responsibilities include maintaining corporate entity standing and executing legal analyses. Prior to these roles, Valentino held positions as Legal Assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Legal Compliance Assistant at Bank of America, along with experience as a Law Clerk at Paterno & Associates PC and a Pro Bono Legal Intern at Inside EEOC. Valentino holds a Master of Laws in International Business, Corporate & Trade Law from Fordham University and a Law Degree from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
