Alissa Cobb has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and project management. Alissa started their career as a CAD Draftsman at Wikle Land Surveying, where they edited land survey plats and prepared construction plans. Alissa then worked as an Intern Architect at Medical Design International and The Facility Design Group, where they gained experience in production of construction documents, coordination with clients and engineers, and creation of construction details.

In 2005, Alissa joined WD Partners as a Construction Document Specialist, working on the development and production of prototypical drawings for various clients. Alissa also corresponded with clients and contractors to address concerns. After that, they joined GPD Group as a Project Coordinator, managing multiple atypical store projects and coordinating with designers and consultants. Alissa was later promoted to the role of Project Manager, where they managed a team and reported directly to Gap, Inc. on projects.

Alissa then moved to Geheber Lewis Associates as a Project Manager, where they continued to oversee project management responsibilities. Finally, they returned to GPD Group as a Program Manager, responsible for the management of projects.

Throughout their career, Alissa has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.

In 2001, Alissa Cobb completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Alissa also holds additional certifications, including being an Architect certified by The American Institute of Architects (AIA) in July 2019 and obtaining National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB) in the same month and year.
