David Christiansen

David Christiansen brings over eight years of experience implementing technology solutions across a variety of real estate asset classes including retail, office, higher education, healthcare, and industrial. He focuses on delivering insight and generating strategic operational value through system automation and optimization.

Mr. Christiansen has a successful track record of deploying portfolio-wide solutions with an emphasis in enterprise energy management and location-based visitor analytics.

Prior to joining GPG Advisers, Mr. Christiansen designed and developed applications for building automation systems at Climatec Building Technologies Group, a subsidiary of Bosch. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics, an MS in Applied Physics, and a certificate in Data Science.
