Natalie Deserrano

Natalie is a certified HR Professional and has been working in HR and Recruitment for over 8 years. Some of her areas of expertise include employee relations, organizational development, people strategies and talent management. She started her career supporting the full employee life cycle and transitioned to recruitment, specializing in IT.

Currently, she is the Director of our staffing division, Breed, and focuses exclusively on recruiting talent for motion picture studios, VFX houses, gaming companies and post-production facilities. Natalie works directly with our diverse clients to understand their business at a high level. She has a unique sourcing and recruiting strategy that allows her to deliver the top candidates in the industry.
