Nikita Starikov

Nikita Starikov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nikita began their career as an IT Intern at MTS Group in 2012. Nikita then worked as an IT Engineer and later as a Supply Chain Manager at JSC Dalmostostroy from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to the University of Southern California, where they served as a Campus Cruiser Driver.

In 2016, Starikov joined GPL Technologies as a Support Engineer before moving to the role of Service Desk Engineer. Nikita then progressed to the position of Project Manager in 2018, where they played a key role in developing internal project standards and improving process efficiency. As a Senior Systems Engineer, they implemented and supported new IT infrastructure for over 150 clients across various industries, specializing in data center virtualization and virtual desktop infrastructures.

Currently, Starikov holds the position of Senior Project Manager at GPL Technologies, where they drive change initiatives to improve project teams' performance. Nikita has successfully delivered over 500 projects for more than 150 unique clients, contributing to significant revenue growth. Nikita'sresponsibilities also include acting as a Program Manager, overseeing the alignment of over 30 active Portfolio projects at a time to achieve company goals.

Nikita Starikov has a strong educational background in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Nikita obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Pacific National University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Nikita then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California from 2014 to 2016.
