Haley S. Collins

Haley S. Collins, M.A. has a diverse range of work experience. Haley started their career as a Data Coordinator at SeattleRentals.com in 2009. In 2012, they worked as a Tutor at Tutor Doctor, specializing in English Language Arts and SAT preparation. In 2013, Haley worked at A Novel Idea as a Creative Writing Teacher and later as the Nashville Operations Manager. Haley then moved on to Direct General Auto Insurance as a Web Content Producer, where they created search-optimized content for the company's primary site and blog. Haley joined Kirkland's in 2015 as an e-Commerce Content Writer and later became an Assistant Manager of Site Content, leading a team of content writers and site coordinators. In 2016, they joined GPO as the Director of Content Development & Nashville GM, responsible for developing and executing content strategies for enterprise brands. Currently, Haley holds the position of Director of Operations at GPO, where they lead the Content, SEO, and Business Listing team and works closely with the leadership team to grow the business and improve operations.

Haley S. Collins, M.A. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at Vanderbilt University from 2010 to 2012. Haley then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing at Chatham University from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Haley obtained two certifications. In June 2019, they earned a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot. Similarly, they obtained a SEMrush Content Marketing Toolkit Certification from SEMrush during the same month and year.
