Julie Henshaw

Julie Henshaw has significant experience in legal and licensing roles. Julie worked as the Director of Licensing & Contracts at GPS Hospitality from April 2022 to the present, where they applied for and maintained over 1,600 business licenses, health permits, and other permits for their restaurants. Prior to that, Julie was the Director of Legal at GPS Hospitality from January 2020 to March 2022, where they handled licensing and was the primary contact for government jurisdictions. Before joining GPS Hospitality, they were the Manager of Legal at GPS Hospitality from April 2017 to December 2019, where they managed legal components related to real estate transactions and acquisitions. Julie's earlier experience includes working as a Real Estate and Contracts Paralegal at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc from September 2014 to April 2017, supporting the Deputy General Counsel in various real estate and contract matters. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Legal Affairs at Timbervest from April 2011 to September 2014, assisting attorneys with property acquisitions and dispositions. Julie began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at Seyfarth Shaw from February 2000 to December 2010, where they managed commercial real estate closings for bank clients.

Julie Henshaw earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Florida State University. Prior to this, they attended Pope High School.
