Teresa Chaurand

Teresa Chaurand is an experienced professional in external affairs and strategic advising, currently serving as Principal and Senior Advisor at GPS IMPACT since June 2021 and as a Partner at Madison West Consulting since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships with community leaders and providing strategic advisement for community engagement. Teresa's prior roles include Director of Intergovernmental and External Affairs at the Peace Corps, Special Assistant to the President at the White House, and Senior Partner at Vista Communications, where Teresa focused on stakeholder outreach and public relations. A participant in the Lideres Hispanos fellowship program with Fundación Carolina, Teresa has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Language Certificate in Spanish from Universidad Veracruzana.
