Charles Layne

Charles Layne serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of GPS Insight since June 2023, leading a notable provider of SaaS-based fleet and field service management solutions. In addition to this role, Charles is a member of the Board of Directors for Lumistry and the Layne Family Foundation, and contributes to the STEP - Student Expedition Program, which aims to support low-income Arizona students. Prior experience includes serving as CEO and Director at PatientNow, where Charles successfully transitioned the company into a one-stop-shop solution for medical practices, and at Calero-MDSL, which achieved a successful acquisition with a significant return. Previous leadership roles at Tech Data and Microsoft further underscore a career focused on growth, operational excellence, and strategic development in technology and service sectors.
