Chief Marketing Officer at GPS Insight

Ritu Chaturvedi has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Ritu is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at GPS Insight (An AKKR company) since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Titan GPS starting from November 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Ritu worked at ESW Capital, where they held various roles. As Vice President and Head of Marketing@Devfactory/Trilogy/ESW Capital, they managed product marketing for a new brand targeting developers. Ritu successfully initiated and launched the brand and website, which resulted in an average of 10K visits per month within 6 months post-launch. Ritu also served as VP Enterprise Demand Generation@Aurea/ESW Capital, where they set up a customer acquisition engine for a collaboration software product and developed the inbound and outbound demand generation function.

Before joining ESW Capital, Ritu worked as an Independent Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Ritu provided consultancy services during this time.

From 2010 to 2016, Ritu was associated with Microsoft, where they held the position of Director in various departments. As Director of Windows Category-Consumer, they ensured PC category growth and optimized unit volumes. Ritu also oversaw Windows and PC Accessories marketing. As Director Office 365: A Cloud-Based Communications and Collaboration Suite, Ritu led a successful campaign to capture accounts from Google and drove the Office 365 business, achieving growth in digital and revenue metrics over three years.

Prior to Microsoft, Ritu worked at Adobe as Group Product Marketing Manager from 2007 to 2010. Ritu led the global technical communications business and achieved 30% revenue growth year-on-year. Ritu also managed the transition of global product marketing to India.

Ritu's earlier experiences include working at Bharti Airtel as Deputy General Manager in 2006 and at Microsoft as a Product Manager from 2003 to 2006. Ritu was also employed at Sabre Systems as a Senior Product Marketing Analyst from 2002 to 2003 and at Ernst&Young Management Consulting as a Senior Consultant from 1999 to 2002.

Ritu Chaturvedi holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Technology from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several additional certifications including Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Online Marketing Fundamentals, and Social Media Marketing from the eMarketing Institute. Ritu acquired these certifications in 2017, with the Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization certification obtained in May, and the Online Marketing Fundamentals and Social Media Marketing certification obtained in April.
