Arun M

Arun M is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and free software advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology at GPS Renewables since July 2022, Arun M has held significant roles in various organizations, including Secretary of the Free Software Foundation of India since July 2001, and Program Head (Research and Academics) at the International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS) from August 2017 to June 2022. Previous positions include Research Fellow at the Center for Development Studies, Executive Director at SPACE, and Special Officer for FOSS at Kerala State IT Mission. Arun M's educational background includes an MPhil in Development Economics from the Center for Development Studies and a B Tech in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
