Rukmani Kapoor

Rukmani Kapoor is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Of Staff and Vice President of Project Sales at GPS Renewables, a leading waste management technology firm in India, since October 2020. Rukmani is also a Fellow at the On Deck Chief of Staff Academy, starting in June 2022. Previous roles include Project Head at Just Another Solar Company, Program Manager at Dalai Lama Fellows, and Leadership Development Program participant at Atlas Corps. Rukmani's earlier experience includes positions as Project Head - Education at Civic Response Team, Program Manager at Learning Links Foundation, Marketing Manager and Project Coordinator at Varthana, Fellow at Teach For India, and External Consultant at The Kanchan Foundation. Rukmani holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
