Rick Dunn

Vice President, Customer Experience & Support at GPS Trackit

Rick Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rick is currently serving as the Vice President for Customer Experience & Support at GPS Trackit since May 2023. In this role, they are responsible for migrating customer subscriptions from 3G to 5G technology, focusing on customer needs and enhancing their experience.

Early in their career, Rick worked at Nextel as a Senior Strategic Relationship Manager from February 2002 to February 2006, where they focused on providing excellent care and building relationships with corporate and business accounts.

Rick's work experience also includes a brief stint as an Assistant Teacher at Learning Spring School for Autism from 2001 to 2002. In this role, they assisted the classroom teacher and implemented a social-skills curriculum for students with autism.

Rick Dunn has studied Communications at two different institutions.
