As the Founder of Runway to Retirement, established in February 2024, McGregor focuses on empowering self-directed Australians with actionable financial education for retirement planning. Since December 2000, McGregor has served as the Founder and Principal Adviser at McGregor Wealth Management, where the emphasis is on helping high-income earners achieve and maintain financial independence. Additionally, as a Co-Founder and Mentor at GPS Wealth Ltd since July 2011, McGregor aids advisers in developing successful practices through resources and coaching. Previously, from July 2009 to February 2017, McGregor was the Founder and Chief Strategist of Pathway to Wealth Pty Ltd, providing coaching and systems to enhance financial planning businesses.
