Indre Strole

Indre Strole has a strong background in HR and has held various roles in different companies. In their most recent position as the Director of HR at GP Transco, they were responsible for strategic staff planning, employee relations, HR process implementation, and digitalizing HR procedures on an international level. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at SBA Group, where they focused on staff planning, employee relations, change management, and implementing HR processes and procedures. Indre also has experience as a Talent Acquisition & HR Project Manager at Runway > Your Outsourcing Partner, an HR Project Manager at Axis Industries, and an HR Specialist at YIT Kausta.

Indre Strole received a Bachelor's degree in English philology from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in 2006. Indre then pursued a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration from Kaunas University of Technology, completing it in 2009.
