Simon Cain

Simon Cain is currently the Director of HR at the University of London. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Director HR/Head of HR Operations at City University London from August 2009 to April 2017. In this role, they were a member of the senior HR team and played an integral role in the development and implementation of the University's HR strategy. Simon was also responsible for leading and developing teams responsible for providing high quality HR services to clients across the institution.

Simon Cain's educational career includes a certificate in coaching from Henley Business School and a BSc in psychology from the University of Leeds.
