Aleksandra M.

Aleksandra M. serves as the Supplier Quality Leader at GPV since November 2022 and concurrently operates as the Agency Owner at ALEING KYS since November 2021. Previously held the role of Supplier Quality Leader and QE at Enics from September 2019 to November 2022, and before that, managed Quality and HR development at Viru Keemia Grupp from June 2010 to September 2019. Aleksandra possesses extensive experience in training and development, including identifying training needs, designing tailored training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Personnel and Development from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and additional studies in HR Analytics. Currently enrolled at the University of Tartu, Aleksandra is advancing academic credentials through ongoing education.
