Faith Petkus

Faith Petkus is a Customer Success Manager at GPX Intelligence, with ongoing membership in Gain Grow Retain and CS Insider since 2022. Prior to this, Faith served in various educational roles at Chicago Public Schools from 2017 to 2022, where responsibilities included advising stakeholders, managing client relationships, and leading teams to develop success plans that resulted in high student achievement and client retention rates. Faith's coaching experience includes leading high school sports teams to conference championships and implementing performance improvement programs. Previous customer service roles at Menards, Access Living, and Hollywood Park have contributed to a strong background in relationship building and problem-solving. Faith holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago and additional certifications in Instructional Design and Early Childhood Special Education from Illinois State University.
