Chin Yin Ong is currently the Chief People Officer - People, Places, Security and Systems at Grab. Chin has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership positions in multinational companies.

Chin started their career in 2003 as HR Manager, Greater China at Hyperion Solutions. Chin then moved on to F5 Networks in 2005 as Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific. In 2007, they joined Orange Business Services as Head of HR, Asia Pacific. Chin then joined DXC Technology in 2014 as Regional HR Director - Asia, Middle East & Africa.

Chin has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.

Chin Yin Ong has a Bachelor of Social Sciences (with Honours) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and a Executive Managememt Programme from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Chin also went to Victoria Junior College.
