Dina Ika

Dina Ika has extensive experience in content management and operations, currently serving as the Content Operations Lead at Grab since July 2016. In this role, Dina manages the content management process, focusing on merchant registration and updates, ensuring data accuracy, and liaising with merchants for information maintenance. Prior positions at Grab include Senior Executive and Content Executive for Grabfood, where Dina was responsible for monitoring freelancer performance and quality control. Additionally, Dina has freelanced for the Women Research Institute and completed an internship with the Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia, contributing to educational campaigns. Dina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Universitas Negeri Jakarta, earned in 2016.
