Eugene has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits, having held various roles in companies such as Grab, DBS Bank, Mercer, Carrots Consulting, and Synovate. Eugene has expertise in designing incentive schemes, executive compensation, and setting up compensation analytics dashboards. Currently, Eugene is the Head of Rewards at Grab, overseeing the compensation and benefits function within the organization.
