Hermansyah Sofyan

Hermansyah Sofyan is an experienced professional in strategic planning and analytics, currently serving as the Strategic Planning & Analytics Dept Lead in the Strategic Supply Planning Division at Grab since May 2023. Prior to this role, Hermansyah worked as a Data Analytics Expert at RevoU and held several key positions at OLX Group, including Senior Manager and Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics, where responsibilities included leading a BI team, enhancing data architecture, and fostering data-informed decision-making across various business lines. Previous experiences include leadership roles in business intelligence at Gojek and risk analytics positions at Bank Danamon Indonesia and Citi. Hermansyah holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science and Machine Learning from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia.
