Hui Hui Chong

Hui Hui Chong has a diverse work experience background that spans across several companies. In 2006, they worked as an Account Executive at Zurich Financial Services in the UK. Hui Hui then joined PeopleSearch in 2007 as a Consulting Manager/Recruiter, where they quickly rose through the ranks and became a Senior Consultant. During their time there, they were recognized as the Top Sales Consultant in 2008. From 2017 onwards, Hui Hui Chong has been working at Grab as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they lead a team responsible for sourcing and securing talent for Grab's technology and engineering divisions.

Hui Hui Chong has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from the Singapore Management University. Furthermore, Chong has obtained a certification in Recruiting Leadership Lab from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. in June 2022.
