Jufery Chen has diverse experience in the technology and analytics sectors. As a cofounder of PT Colony Komunitas Kolektindo from March 2016 to March 2017, Jufery facilitated collector communities. Prior to this, Jufery participated in the Astra 1st Development Program at PT Astra International Tbk from September 2014 to July 2015, focusing on developing both technical and soft skills. Jufery's significant roles at Grab include Sr Manager of Marketplace Strategy & Analytics (Mobility), Lead Economist, Senior Data Analyst, and Manager in various capacities from October 2025 to September 2024. Additionally, Jufery served as a Business Intelligence Specialist and Software Engineering Intern at Tokopedia from April 2017 to January 2019. Jufery holds a degree in Computer Science from Universitas Bina Nusantara and has furthered academic pursuits in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies at Prince of Songkla University in 2015.
