Kaushik Viswanadha

Kaushik Viswanadha is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and transformation within various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Business Operations & Transformation in the CEO's office at Grab since October 2021, Kaushik oversees large-scale projects across multiple business areas in South East Asia, including the design of target operating models and the implementation of AI. Prior to this role, Kaushik held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on global strategy for consumer banking and digital innovation, and at Discovery Inc, enhancing growth strategies in the APAC region. Kaushik's early career included a consultant role at McKinsey & Company, where work spanned numerous high-profile clients, and the founding of a C2C online marketplace. Kaushik holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
