Melissa Koh Hui Yin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and product law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Regional IP and Product at Grab since April 2019, Melissa has a proven track record in providing legal advice on new products and services while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and mitigating risks. Prior roles include Associate at Wong & Partners from October 2016 to February 2019, where expertise in various legal matters such as information technology, data protection, and brand enforcement was developed. Melissa has also gained practical experience through marshalling and mini pupillages, as well as participating in legal environments during earlier educational pursuits, including the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University.
